Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

This is a super easy crockpot recipe that is perfect for a Monday. Coming off the weekend sometimes it’s tough to get back into the routine of weeknight meals. You can throw this in the crockpot fairly last minute and it will be ready by dinner time. I don’t know about where you live, but here in the East we’re experiencing single digit temperatures with the windchill. So this recipe is also a nice and hearty meal to warm you up on these frigid Winter days. Enjoy!

Ingredients: (4-6 servings)

  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 package of Stove Top stuffing mix (I used turkey flavor just because it’s what I had in my pantry. You can use any flavor you like.)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.

Pour dry stuffing mix over the chicken.

Mix sour cream and soup in a small bowl.

Then pour over the chicken and stuffing.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Mix all ingredients and serve.
